By using proven components, we eliminate problems with compatibility between electronic components and failure caused by defects. Using a standard platform, whether it be the ORCA2 control or a simple AB PLC 5/04 control, we reduce the debug time and improve our delivery time. By creating a standard, we reduce engineering costs, reduce the time to release the bill of materials, and are able to convert from a push type manufacturing process to a pull type process.
