CRACK DETECTION

The QASS.net CiS.01 crack detection system has been designed to automatically monitor your shaft forming processes for cracking and breaking of work pieces. This NDT process is done in real time so that if the CiS.01 detects a crack or a break, the part is immediately identified and removed. This advanced system reduces the possibility of a potentially cracked part from being utilized in the final product.
